Broadway is making its way to the midstate.
The Hershey Theatre announced on April 3 its 2014-15 Broadway Season. This year marks the theater's 86th season of bringing Broadway shows to central Pennsylvania, according to Dennis Norton, entertainment programming manager at the theater.

"Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat": Sept. 23-28, 2014
The Andrew Lloyd Webber show follows the biblical story of Joseph as he is sold into slavery by his brothers, only to become one of the most powerful men in Egypt.
"Elf The Musical": Dec. 9-14, 2014
Based on the Will Farrell film, the musical recounts the adventures of Buddy, an orphan who is adopted by the elves at the North Pole. One day he decides to go to New York City to find his birth parents. It's a hilarious Christmas tale about discovering the importance of family during the Christmas season
"Jersey Boys": Jan. 27-Feb.1, 2015
The acclaimed musical returns to Hershey. The play centers around the creation and career of The Four Seasons as they leave their blue-collar past behind.
"Annie": July 21-26, 2015
If you spend your days singing "Tomorrow" and "It's the Hard Knock Life," then you have to go see "Annie." The musical about an orphan girl who eventually wins the hearts of not only the audience, but good ol' Daddy Warbucks is a classic.
Sunday matinees of the shows will also feature the work of the All Hands Interpreting Services, to ensure that members of the deaf and hard of hearing community can enjoy the shows as well.
