The Restaurant Impossible episode taped at Bryant s Seafood World in Hueytown is scheduled to start airing on Wednesday, April 23, according to the Food Network website.
host Robert Irvine and his crew came to Hueytown in early February to tape the show, the premise of which is that Irvine tries to turn around a struggling restaurant in only two days and with a budget of just ,000.
-- including painters, plumbers, contractors and electricians -- pitched in over the two days to help with the remodeling of Bryant s Seafood World.
The episode, titled Treading Water, will debut at 9 p.m. CST on April 23, with repeat showings at 12 a.m. on April 24, 8 p.m. on April 30, and 11 a.m. on May 1.
